Introducing Dr Irene's Kitchen: The Sodium Test !

Welcome to Dr. Irene's Virtual Kitchen -- an interactive and educational way to learn about nutrition! How much sodium is in the foods you eat every day? Do you follow the recommended serving sizes? Do you add more salt on top of that? Join Dr. Irene in her Virtual Kitchen for Episode One: "The Sodium Test!" It's your chance to test your salt smarts!

In each round you'll be presented with four every day food items. Mouse over each item to reveal serving size and information. You must pick the food item with the lowest amount of sodium.


As you progress, each round becomes more challenging! Each round is followed up by a review of the food items, serving sizes and sodium levels.
